The "User Experience" team at the Fraunhofer Institute for Labour and Organisation IAO is working on national and international research and consulting projects to make the interaction between humans and intelligent technology as efficient and attractive as possible. Our work focuses on the human-centered and participative design of AI applications, the awareness of employees on AI issues and methods of human-centric design. What you do with us They work in an interdisciplinary team on innovative and exciting research topics and in particular on the project »KI-Studios« with the following activities:

• Project management and coordination of "KI-Studios", a large, publicly funded transfer project with the aim of sensitizing employees in companies for AI
• Communication with different companies and the client of the project, the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
• Implementation of cooperative workshops and events at local companies (average twice a month)
• Development of participatory methods for transdisciplinary exchange
• Conception, implementation and management of transfer and dissemination measures (events, press and public relations)

What you bring

• An above-average degree in human-technique interaction, computer science / artificial intelligence, psychology or a related discipline
• Current knowledge of the latest UX trends and interest in new technologies as well as human-centred artificial intelligence and their potential for employment in the world of work
• Germany-wide readiness and a class B driving licence
• Interest and competence in the fields of user research, participative (innovation)methods and creative work
• Very good German and English in word and writing
• Fun in scientific, interdisciplinary work and a self-responsible way of working in the acquisition and coordination of projects
• Excellent skills in the fields of communication, public relations, presentation and interpersonal relations and problem-solving orientation
• A passionate, creative, curious and entrepreneurial thinking personality who has fun driving the goals of the team with his own ideas
