Foreman for shell construction and turnkey building construction (m/f/d)

You coordinate and monitor all processes at the construction site – from the first ground stitch to the handover. You lead your team on site, soar for clear communication and a good relationship. You make sure everything goes according to plan, regulations and our high quality standards. You care that material, machinery and equipment are ready in time and completely. You work closely with the building management, architect:inside and engineer:in order to ensure a smooth project run. You document the progress of construction and keep all project participants up to date with regular reports. You recognize potential for improvement at the construction site and implement targeted measures for optimization.

A completed training in construction – ideally as a polish in construction or with comparable qualifications. Multiannual experience on construction sites, also in management function. A cool head and clear statement – you can lead a team, motivate and make decisions. Know-how found in construction site organization, processes and regulations. Communication strength and enforcement capability – even if it becomes hectic. Flexibility and problem-solving competence – you adapt quickly and find pragmatic ways.
