The Bundesbau One of the most exciting areas of work in the entire construction industry is Bundesbau. The Bundesbau in the BLB NRW is planning and building comparable to a large project management office, e.g. educational institutions and universities of applied sciences, administrative buildings, air-weapons, NATO airfields or special buildings of the federal police. As part of our team, you will develop state-of-the-art, exceptional and unique projects in NRW.

As a project team member, you will work for the field of electrical engineering in construction measures of the Bundeswehr as well as other federal structures within an interdisciplinary team with various disciplines, such as civil engineering, utility technology and architecture, and will take over the expertise for your specialist area You contribute to the development of variant studies, feasibility studies and construction documents for the construction of the Federal Institute for Electrical Engineering. In close cooperation with project managers and colleagues, you contribute to the success of complex major projects and maintenance measures You work in the planning, awarding, control and billing of construction services You are responsible for the control, quality and performance testing of contracted engineering offices and exporting firms. In the selection and contracting of engineering offices and exporting companies, you will bring your know-how in a targeted manner and ensure smooth cooperation

You have a successfully completed degree (Diplom/Master/ Bachelor) of the Department of Electrical Engineering and Energy and building technology or in a comparable field or You can successfully conclude:to the state-tested technician:in or Completion as a master: prove in the field of electrical engineering and provide a professional experience of at least four years (technician:in)/ five years (master:in) in an occupation of engineering cuts (e.g. by certificates). Further requirements: Ideally, you have a multiannual professional experience in the planning and implementation of electrical installations in construction projects in the function of the planning engineer or the planning engineer or in the function of the contractor representation. You provide knowledge of the application of relevant relevant legal provisions (e.g. HOAI, VOB, etc.) You are routined in handling standard IT systems (e.g. Microsoft Office) and open to the BLB-specific application of SAP Your enthusiasm is up!
