Your duties You create, examine and manage contract documents, analyze tender/contract documents with a view to opportunities and risk potential and develop appropriate measures You support the establishment and implementation of contract management/subscription management in all phases of the project You cooperate with the contract documents of the contractors and participate in the award process You develop strategies for enforcement or Defence of claims (upstream to clients and downstream to after-contractors) Your profile Relevant qualification: You have a successfully completed technical study or a comparable qualification as well as experience in the supply processing and processing of infrastructure and/or industrial construction projects. You have well-founded professional experience in contract management of large-scale projects in an international project environment and provide sound knowledge in building contract law (VOB and FIDIC or similar international contract forms) Digital Skills: You have a good technical understanding and go safely and very routined with MS Office products Language skills: You can safely control the German and English language for professional communication Personal Skills: An independent, very accurate operation, high operational readiness and a pronounced communication capability are of course for you.
