Technical support and advice of group leaders in complex balance sheet issues and ensuring a uniform orientation

Analysis, harmonisation and continuous development of cross-group accounting processes

Initiation and control of transformation and digitization projects to increase efficiency across the whole area

Ensure uniform accounting standards according to HGB and IFRS as well as compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Structured preparation of complex issues for the management and creation of decision-relevant committee documents

Accompanying internal and external audits and continuous further development of the internal control system (IKS)

Technical representation of department management in absence

Completed studies focusing on accounting, finance or comparable qualifications

Successfully deposited tax advisors or auditors or other equivalent expertise acquired

Multiannual professional experience in the accounting of a larger company, ideally in the corporate environment

Knowledge of accounting according to HGB and IFRS as well as experience in managing complex accounting structures

Safe handling of project and process management methods as well as common IT systems in finance

English knowledge in word and writing

Analytical and conceptual strength associated with a solution-oriented operation and enforcement strength at management level

Standing for occasional missions (approx. 10%)
