Technical Clerk – Workshop & Warranty (m/f/d)

You check and set up workshop bills as well as warranty claims for commercial vehicles. You make sure that repairs are billed correctly and economically. In addition, you compare work values (AW) and spare parts with manufacturer specifications, analyze repair costs and detect savings potential. In your role, you work closely with workshops, purchasing and manufacturers, clarify technical queries and help optimize our processes.

You have a training in the KFZ/NFZ field, for example as a mechatronic, or bring comparable technical experience. You want to use your technical knowledge more in the commercial environment or already work in the technical service. You have a good technical understanding, work structured and are safe to handle Excel & Co. Good knowledge of German complete your profile.
