Working student in e-learning*

You participate in the further development and implementation of our e-learning platform. This includes the collaboration of new functions and modules, the integration of new content or interfaces, and the support in the maintenance and technical development of the platform. Through functional and usability tests, you ensure that new and existing elements work reliably. Your test results are structured so that You can be used directly in the team. E‐learning content such as videos, PDFs or interactive modules are available, upload them and ensure a clear, well-structured appearance. In addition, you will create simple learning modules with articulates or similar author tools. As part of the project management, you support the planning, prioritization and organisation of tasks and keep boards as well as documentation in Jira and Confluence up to ensure that the team has a transparent overview at any time. You’re researching best practices in the areas of e-learning, UX, micro-learning and gamification, and you’re actively introducing ideas for improvement derived therefrom – both for the platform itself and for the didactic design of the learning content. With simple evaluations (e.g. usage numbers or success rates), you contribute to evaluating the effectiveness of our content and supporting further developments based on data. By collecting and structuring user feedback, you provide valuable information for the continuous optimization of the platform.

You love technology and are you in the middle of your studies? Optimum is a focus on electrical engineering or mechatronics, but also a comparable study fits our task. First experiences with LMS or authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Rise or Storyline are of advantage – but more importantly, your motivation is to incorporate you quickly and curiously into new tools. A good feeling for UX and Micro‐Learning is one of your strengths. A careful and structured way of working is of course for you – including clean documentation and unique names. You already know Jira and Confluence or want to know them safely within the scope of the activity. Previous knowledge of HTML/CSS or simple experiences in video or audio processing are a plus. Very good knowledge of German and solid knowledge of English (min. B2) complete your profile.
