HR-Business Partner - Commercial (m/f/d)

Operational control, development and optimization of our HR processes in the field of commercial employees at the Mettingen and Osnabrück-Atter site, in compliance with statutory, in particular labour law, and collective agreements and internal guidelines and operating agreements Consultation and support of our professional employees and our executives in the field of business in all personal matters of the task Participation in HR projects and change processes in production Control and coordination of our personal service providers Confidential and constructive cooperation with the works councils of the sites Coordination and discussion on personal-relevant individual topics Analysis of personal key figures as well as derivation and implementation of appropriate measures

Complete study of economic or legal sciences with a focus on staff or a comparable qualification At least five years of relevant professional experience in a comparable HRGeneralist or Business Partner role in a manufacturing industrial company Knowledge of labour and social security law Experience in cooperation with employee representatives Understanding the processes of a manufacturing industrial company courtesy and binding occurrence, combined with high levels of enforcement and communication as well as pronounced intercultural competence Embossed hand-on mentality, high solution and service orientation as well as an independent and structured working method
