You process service and parts-related end customer requests in written form in the ticket system (Zendesk) or SAP, even in escalation cases. You will also take care of reloads, safety certificates, COC duplicates and other evidence – such as Tempo-100 certificates – for both B2B and B2C customers. You are responsible for the technical examination of the enquiries and, if necessary, you are in consultation with the production plants or the department of homologation. You will set up vehicle type plates, the associated documents and accompanying letters and take over the shipping.

You have a completed technical training, ideally in the automotive sector. Ideally, you already bring professional experience in a comparable task. You are familiar with the right of admission and with type approvals and related processes. You have a good feeling for our products and know you in the industry – or you want to learn exactly that. English? No problem for you – whether in conversation or in the mail. A responsible and precise way of working as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting are of course for you.
