Senior Consultant (m/w/d) /

Your tasks:

• Plan, perform and document projects and educational activities
• actively shape the Kita everyday and enrich it with your own ideas
• Take care and household tasks
• Partnership cooperation with parents (e.g. development talks, Parent talks, daily handovers)
• Represent the company positively inward and outward
• Actively participate in team meetings and events

Your profile:

• Completed training as a state-recognized educator or comparable qualification according to §25b para. 1 HKJGB
• Respectful, sensitive and open basic attitude as a basis for inclusive Work
• Educational action according to the Hessian education plan, oriented to the life reality of children
• independent and responsible working, team capacity, Loadability and self-reflection
• Planning, evaluation and documentation of educational processes
• Experience in handling children with special support needs
• Ideal experience with children under three years
• Close cooperation with families, institutions and specialist bodies
• Motivation for active participation in the conception and participation quality assurance measures
• Willingness to further develop professionally and personally and further education
