Completed training as a state-recognized educator (w/m/d) or a comparable educational qualification, for example in social education or health education Ideally experience in team management or in a comparable responsible function Joy in working with children and young people Responsibility, decision-making and initiative Embossed communication and team skills Ability to professionally accompany, motivate and develop goals together Flexibility and willingness to work in shiftwork Valuable, reflected and solution-oriented attitude Class B driving licence The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
