Development and implementation of business development and sales strategies for successful market penetration in the Data Center segment in Germany Integrated development and control of business opportunities in transformers across all product lines for data center customers in Germany Identification of new market potentials, customers and applications within the Data Center ecosystem Close cooperation with sales, product management, engineering and global segment teams to successfully implement business opportunities in sustainable growth Planning, control and success control of marketing and business development initiatives to promote long-term growth and high customer retention Central contact person for hyperscaler, colocation providers, energy suppliers and EPC partners Continuous analysis of market trends, customer requirements and competitive activities to further develop the business development strategy Ensuring high customer satisfaction while supporting the strategic pipeline structure and sales targets Tracking business opportunities and performance indicators using CRM systems and relevant business development KPIs

Completed studies in business, engineering or a comparable field At least five years of professional experience in business development, sales or segment management, preferably in the areas of data centers, electrical energy transmission and distribution or related infrastructure sectors Understanding electrical energy systems, transformer applications and large infrastructure investments Embossed presentation, communication and negotiation skills as well as safe occurrence at management and C level Detectable experience in the development and implementation of business development strategies for investment and large projects Analytical, strategic and solution-oriented thinking Ability to work independently and work together effectively in an international, interdisciplinary matrix environment Ready to travel up to 50% German and English skills Experience in handling CRM systems, opportunity management and performance key figures
