You take the overall responsibility for finance and controlling and develop the area into a strategic control instrument for our growth. Ensuring (tax) compliance and coordination of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB of individual companies and the Group Development of budget and financial planning, forecasts and internal reporting – focusing on decision-relevant KPIs for management Control of liquidity, working capital and cash flow as the central lever of our financial stability and coordination of (inter)national payment transactions Coordination of lending banks and ongoing monitoring and reporting to comply with credit obligations and ensure covenants Identification of optimization potentials in cost structures and processes – and their consistent implementation Sparring partners of management in strategic decisions: investments and financing Leadership and development of a team of 3-5 employees with clear goals and space for self-responsibility Secure handling of banks, auditors and tax advisors

Successfully completed study of economics with focus on accounting, financing and controlling or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in financial and accounting, ideally in the middle or FMCG/trade environment First leadership experience: you develop teams, not just numbers Analytical strength paired with the ability to communicate complex facts clearly and understandably Hands-on-Mentality: You are also active when it requires the situation knowledge of HGB, taxes and secure handling of ERP systems and BI tools; Affinity for digitization and process automation
