Personnel Officer (m/f/d)

You accompany the complete employee lifecycle for our professional and technical employees. In doing so, you are strongly engaged in recruiting and supervise the employees from onboarding to offboarding and do all administrative matters arising therefrom. You advise our employees and the executives You prepare the data and information for the payroll You raise the potential of our employees through their promotion and further development You work with the works council trustedly and are able to implement statutory and collective agreements and corporate guidelines

You have a degree or training in the commercial sector or a comparable qualification You look back on a multiannual professional experience in the HR sector of a manufacturing company and have a well-founded specialist knowledge - in particular in the field of industrial and technical professional groups You are safe to use MS Office and HR software You have a pronounced service and hands-on mentality as well as implementation strength that you combine with an independent, careful and binding procedure You are strong in communication and gain through a confident, friendly and authentic appearance
