You take responsibility for planning and managing projects – from initiation to successful completion. Together with stakeholders, you define project goals and scopes and ensure a clear orientation. You identify risks and opportunities at an early stage and develop sustainable project management measures. You conduct business projects or work actively to ensure their successful implementation. You coordinate project teams and promote cross-departmental cooperation – both internally and externally. You perform a professional project controlling, including time, cost and resource monitoring. You are analysing project processes, starting decision templates and project reports, and presenting them in an address-oriented manner. You prepare strategic decisions for management – based on sound project analyses. You develop and optimize project management methods in the company.

You have a successfully completed economic studies or a commercial training with appropriate training in classical and agile project management. You have a well-founded experience in project management and work together conceptually and interdisciplinaryly with different business areas. You are familiar with classic and agile project management methods and use them in a situation-oriented manner. You communicate clearly, convincingly and targeted – both in the team and in relation to stakeholders and the management. You moderate workshops and present content structured and effective. You are target-oriented and find pragmatic solutions for complex challenges. You work independently and flexibly – also in dynamic project environments. You can safely master MS Office and ideally experience project management tools like e.g. Jira or Confluence. You have a basic understanding of ERP systems such as SAP and can assess their significance for project objectives and interfaces – ideally, you have already been involved in projects with SAP reference.
