Electrical Engineering Engineer as Project Manager Routing 100kV Line Construction (m/w/d)

For our approval teams South and North at the Salzgitter site, we are looking for project leaders for the Trassierung in the 110kV-Guitungsbau. You define the course of the line, first set the distance evidence and determine the influencing for 110kV line construction projects in the Avacon network area for internal investment measures for the expansion, renewal and upgrading of the high-voltage network. You are part of an interdisciplinary project team and have budget responsibility for your (part) project and are responsible for planning and trassing the projects and ensuring project controlling. Your task is to determine ground distances (foresting, spanning tables/regulages), to create cross-border contracts and to process laser scanning data. The maintenance of the degree of completion and the guarantee of the quality of the documents are also an important part. Your work in the projects is crucial to the goals of high work safety, schedule, budget maintenance, quality optimization and risk minimisation. You plan, control and track these goals continuously in all project phases and report in regular status updates. You plan project processes and set up concepts for supervisors in terms of security of supply and local conditions. You develop performance directories and participate in award procedures. In the planning for the construction conversion, you tune the construction execution planning, the work areas, the displacements with drag curves (taking into account the ground conditions) and possible necessary trench piping with the project participants. You control the project both from the office at the Salzgitter site and from the construction site. You will accompany the approval managers in cooperation with public relations with civil dialogues and information markets. In the internal relationship, you are also significantly involved in the implementation of individual engineering tasks and basic investigations as well as working groups.

You have successfully completed your studies in the field of surveying sciences or engineering (Bachelor/Master/Diplom engineer) and work as an engineer / survey engineer in the fields of electrical engineering, surveying technology, geoinformatics, land surveying or similar. You have experience in high-voltage line construction and in handling laser scanning data. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least C1). You are ready to re-enter new technology and develop project-specific technical solutions. Your IT skills ideally include the MS Office tools (including MS Project), FM profile and basics in SAP/ FM Base. Own responsibility, team capacity, independence and enforcement are your strengths. You are ready for business trips within the Avacon network area, in individual cases also beyond, and are owned by a passenger car license.
