As an international competence center, we develop, manufacture and test high-tech control systems for complex production facilities, which are used in up to 3,000 meters of water depth for the promotion of oil and gas in the deep sea area. In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for Praktikant (m/w/d) – Digital Support (Service Engineering & Project Management) What is it? We are looking for motivated students (Bachelor or Master) who support our engineering and project management team with their digital skills and a fresh look. You help to better structure information, make collaboration easier and implement small digital solutions that really help in everyday life.

Digital support in the team everyday: You support digital and analytical skills with daily tasks – pragmatic, solution-oriented and service-mindset. Make Excel & Data Clear: You structure data, improve quality and build trackers, overviews and dashboards that make decisions easier. Make processes smarter: you recognize double work and unnecessary manual steps – and help to simplify and standardize processes. Your own mini-projects: You implement small selection initiatives end-to-end (scope clarification, planning, implementing, testing, documenting, handing over). Low-Code/No-Code Solutions: You build simple tools/automations that are user-friendly and manageable – and help establish them in the team. Use AI wisely: You use AI (prompting) for designs, summaries and analyses – and check results critically (quality & sensitive handling of information).

Excel-Skills: Structure Tables Clean, Formulas, PivotTables/PivotCharts; Power Query/Data Cleaning is a plus. Low-Code/No-Code: You can quickly learn and build simple solutions (e.g. Power Apps / Workflow Automation). KI-Prompting: You can clearly formulate, iterate and estimate results. You are currently studying IT/IS/informatics, engineering, business or something comparable (Bachelor or Master) at a German university/university. You communicate safely – in German and English (written and oral). You have already shown that you can solve problems (e.g. university projects, student initiatives, internships). You're curious, proactive, organized and stick to it until it's finished.
