Office clerk / sales talent (m/f/d)

Personal advice: You receive and serve customers, accept their wishes and accompany them in the selection of individual tombs, natural stones, accessories and other solutions. Organize enquiries & orders: You process telephone and e-mail requests, coordinate appointments and support the commercial and organizational processing of customer orders. Selling & Connecting Backoffice: You ensure that information flows reliably between customers, office and craftsmen and thus support a well-organized process from the first request to implementation.

Commercial Understanding: Ideally, you have completed commercial training, for example as a businessman for office management (m/w/d), or bring appropriate experience in the office, sales or customer service. Joy of advice & sale: You like to communicate with people, receive wishes attentively and advise customers friendly, binding and solution-oriented – even with sensitive concerns about the grave painting. Organizational talent: You work independently and structured, keep dates and customer requests reliably in mind and also feel comfortable in dealing with digital work equipment and modern office processes.
