Continuous multi-project control of several simultaneous architecture projects (NATO Architecture Framework) in the field of Military Air Operations, technical leadership of the project leaders:inside, taking over the project management in important individual cases such as e.g. for reference architectures Methodological and technical advice of stakeholders on senior level in cooperation with the relevant specialist departments with regard to conceptual, operational and weapon system engineering development needs based on substantive model analyses as well as target group-oriented visualizations Transfer of future needs for action and investigation by customers into new architecture projects or project components, taking over the acquisition and supply responsibility Extensive, innovative demand and competition-oriented development of the portfolio, process and tool capabilities of the IABG architecture team in cooperation with other portfolio modules and methods/ tools. Development and implementation of long-term product strategies within the framework of the projects in charge in coordination with business development and sales

Funded understanding of the architecture of Air Operations of the Bundeswehr and NATO, acquired, for example, by an activity as (former:r) Staff Officer: in the Air Force, SaZ 12 or a comparable use Safe application of the NATO Architecture Framework (NAF) in conceptual, analytical and advisory contexts Applicable certifications (IPMA, PRINCE2, PMI, ITIL, CMMI, V-model XT, SCRUM), ideally combined with intensive practical application would be ideal Outstanding consulting, communication and visualization capabilities, pronounced strategic thinking and the ability to solution-oriented decision-making under time pressure
