Senior Expert Telecommunications Surveillance (m/f/d)

Planning, development, operation and optimization of a modern telecommunications network for telecommunications monitoring (TKÜ), its special forms and components on all technically relevant parameters and on cost-effectiveness Analysis of existing technical infrastructure, implementation of complex data analyses, as well as testing and derivation of technical solutions with reference to radio-based and cable-bound telecommunications Regular maintenance of servers and operating systems according to technical rules and regulations including documentation Assessment of IT security and derivation and implementation of necessary measures. Operation and Service (TKÜ) and fault management of the TKÜ systems used at the site at system level and of TKÜ measures Technical advice and user support with TKÜ-Bezug – also external services Participation in a readiness and willingness to work even at unusual times Creation of performance descriptions and economic considerations Technical preparation and support of procurement measures Cooperation in bodies and working groups with TKÜ-Bezug Market observation

We expect that: University degree of (technical) informatics, information technology, data science, IT security or a comparable degree course and at least three years of relevant professional experience As an alternative to completed university studies of (technical) informatics, information technology, data science, IT security or a comparable course of study and at least five years of relevant professional experience Alternatively, an advancement after the BBiG[1] at least on the DQR level 6[2] and at least five years of relevant professional experience Ready to carry out a safety review shall be declared in writing. We wish: Programming skills of common script languages (e.g. Python) Multiannual professional experience in the field of Windows or Linux Server system administration Very good knowledge of server, network, application operation and virtualization Ability to work into changing technical tasks at short notice independent, methodological and structured procedures Service orientation and loadability Social competence, cooperation, team and communication skills readiness to regularly participate in a readiness to call and to carry out state-wide missions.
