Senior Claims Manager Personal Insurance (m/f/d)

Treatment of damage: Own responsibility and precise handling of damage from the new plant to the correspondence of damage with experts, lawyers, intermediaries, claimants and trustees Administrative maintenance of operations: adjustment of damage bookings and monitoring of payment transactions and initiation and implementation of regressions Data collection: Reliable collection of damage data and compilation of statistics, contract and stock profitability, in order to keep damage management always efficient Full monitoring of the damage: close and trustworthy exchange with all relevant stakeholders, introduction of refurbishment measures and, if necessary, personal contact with the bodies involved Special Sparring Partner for the Head of Claims Further development of standards and processes Designing a tool for structured processing of mass damage

Successfully completed training to the insurance businessman/wife, merchant/wife for insurance and finance, insurance specialist/in or a legal or economic study or comparable qualification Relevant experience in the field of damage management for general liability, accident, life or health insurance Great interest in developing professionally in the fields of film, sports, event and special insurance Good knowledge of the English language in word and writing to act safely and sovereignly in the international context; another language of advantage Safe occurrence in the international damage environment Experiences in controlling external service providers are of advantage Good IT skills, whether Excel or Teams, as well as standard Microsoft Office programs, as well as a good understanding to work into specific administrative programs High team capability and willingness to use as well as pleasure in deepening knowledge and implementing it usefully in practice, taking into account the needs of customers A high degree of initiative and willingness to design
