Your role: You take over the service request management: advise, maintain and instruct users from the departments; Order and unsubscribe standard services, support troubleshooting and troubleshooting

You are interface partners for the specialists in the ZEISS IT organization and the IT service providers

integrate and maintain IT equipment in production networks

You help to secure IT security in manufacturing and maintain master data

You actively operate knowledge management and work on infrastructure projects in the Mechanics team

You support applications and systems in the production environment and have responsibility for the system infrastructure

(m/w/x), or an IT-related training/study

Multiannual professional experience in IT infrastructure in production environments, ticketing and the provision/representation of IT equipment and systems

sound knowledge of IT security in manufacturing, network integration of IT equipment, user and authorization management; safe handling of sensitive data and compliance

strong communication and interface skills, proactive knowledge management, documentation and stakeholder management
