Your tasks

Successful sales enthuse you! Your future task is to build, guide and proactively shape the internal security sales team. In this position, you will be closely accompanied to be a trusted representative for the federal authorities relevant to us. In addition, it is important for you to build and maintain reliable relationships with our customers in this area.

You are responsible for the following tasks:

• You lead a nationwide team of key account management, specialist sales and service management and develop new ideas for a socially relevant environment. You will accompany and support your team successfully from the identification to the profit of public tenders and the conclusion of framework contracts.
• You coordinate all necessary human and material resources. This includes personnel, sales and earnings responsibility.
• You are responsible for the right sales strategy. Your ideas contribute significantly to developing the field of internal security for Computacenter.
• Your customers are always looking for new business opportunities, developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
• You keep and develop important contacts with our manufacturers, partners and customers in order to continue the growth of the last few years in the environment of the federal authorities.

Your profile

• Effective leadership and experience with the ability to inspire customers and teams and thus continue the joint success story
• Experience in the development and implementation of long-term sales strategies in IT solution distribution, as well as in the development and continuous maintenance of resilient relationships with new contact persons in contracting authorities
• Very good rhetoric and presentation techniques for a sustainable relationship building
• Safe handling of economic indicators and calculations
• Very good knowledge of the public sector and public procurement procedures
