The place is to be occupied in part-time with 20 hours per week and terminated until 31.12.2026.

You take over the implementation, testing and processing of dunning, blocking and collection processes, ensure compliance with deadlines and take into account blocking or blocking acceleration reasons. You also have the following tasks: You set payment deadlines, speak out blocking attempts and arrange connection locks; In addition, you will introduce further forced measures to collect claims You work closely with the external service and create the external service contracts You monitor payment inputs, clarify and process reporting grounds and coordinate unlocking dates You process customer requests, including contradictions and complaints, and agree with the property management You book payment inputs and take care and processing of debitor accounts You process insolvency and forced auction cases

You have a successfully completed commercial training You can demonstrate professional experience in the field of blocking and forced measures Knowledge of debitor accounting is advantageous Ideally, you have already worked with SAP; particularly knowledge in the module IS-U are advantageous You have a high own initiative, work structured and like to work in the team Your German knowledge corresponds at least to the language level B2 Good communication skills, loadability and a high customer orientation complete your profile
