Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of the areas of work preparation and construction (engineering) Responsibility for Quality, Dates, Capacity and Economics Control of technical order processing from order release to production transfer Ensuring a production-oriented design and a timely work preparation Development and standardization of design and manufacturing standards Optimization of processes along the entire value chain with focus on lean management and digitization Responsibility for the further development of CAD/CAM and engineering systems Close cooperation with project management, purchasing, production, assembly and quality management Introduction and implementation of KPIs and data-based management of the department Head of cross-departmental optimization and digitization projects Promoting a modern leadership culture with clear targeting, self-responsibility and continuous improvement

Successfully completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, production technology or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in work preparation, construction or industrial engineering Multiannual leadership experience in a manufacturing industrial company Experience in handling CAD/CAM systems and ERP systems Knowledge of Lean Management, Process Management and Digitization Analytical and structured operation with pronounced hands-on mentality Entrepreneurial thinking and high decision-making and implementation competence Communication strength, enforcement capacity and enthusiasm for the development of employees
