Head of Academy (m/f/d)

Strategic development of the Academy Developing a clear vision for the Academy as an experience center for sales, trade, customers and internal audiences. Expansion of the Academy to a hybrid learning environment: presence, digital (including AI technologies), dazzled. Academy management & leadership Management, motivation and further development of the Academy team. Control of all Academy activities, including budget planning, resource management and quality standards. Ensuring work security issues. Transfer to a profit center organization. Responsibility for the further development of the training programs for sales, service, partners and customers. Training & Content Development Definition of training strategy and compliance with training quality. Promotion of digital learning content (e-learnings, tutorials, webinars, AI-based trainings etc.). Integration into the corporate system landscape and creation of interfaces. Cooperation with different departments to ensure relevant, current content. Event- & Location-Management Further development of the Academy as a location for customer events, market launches and internal events. Designing interactive customer experiences in close cooperation with marketing and sales. Ensuring smooth operation of all events and trainings. Interface Work & Stakeholder Management Close cooperation with sales, product management, service and marketing. Control of external service providers (trainers, agencies, technology providers). Establishing long-term cooperation with educational partners, universities or associations.

Complete studies in the field of business management, pedagogy, engineering or comparable. Multiannual experience in training / academy management, ideally in the machine or technology sector. Experience in the development or development of learning platforms, experience centers or event locations of advantage. Outstanding leadership skills and experience in managing teams, preferably in educational institutes. Strong conceptual and organizational skills. High affinity for digital learning technologies and modern didactics. Communication strength, safe appearance and a pronounced service & customer experience. Good knowledge of English in word and writing.
