• You take responsibility for the optimal function of our customers' IT security solutions.
• You process the complex support enquiries, analyze and solve technical problems in the field of security software and support the implementation and configuration of security solutions.
• You coordinate external service providers and partners such as Trend Micro, Genoa, Fortinet or other security providers.
• You document the inquiries and solutions in our ticket system.
• You take the knowledge transfer towards 1st level support.

Your skills? More than interesting:

• You have a completed (information) technical vocational training, alternatively a study in (information) technology.
• You bring experience in security software and network security.
• You have experience with the technologies XDR, NDR, DER.
• You bring experience in monitoring, remote selection/password management and ITSM tool.
• You shine with well-founded German and good English skills, show a pronounced service and customer orientation
• Willingness to take on call willingness to be able to flexibly support outside the usual working hours
