You are a contact person in IT support for users and use your solution expertise to solve problems directly or forward them in a targeted manner. You monitor and ensure the operation of network technology and meeting room technology in the entire building. You carefully prepare hardware and make sure that our employees receive their required devices in time. If something no longer works, you will be responsible for the timely exchange.
