Discipline and professional leadership of about 30 employees from different technical object teams Control, organization, quality assurance and responsibility for results incl. Budget and Forecast Responsibility for contract management with focus on quality, timeliness and economy Strengthening customer relationships and implementing new projects Active participation in the management team in the strategic and operational development of the branch and its own project team

Study in the field of real estate management / utility technology / building technology alternative Master / technician or specialist in the field of facility management / electrical engineering or installation and heating engineering / SHK At least 3-5 years of professional experience in a comparable position Entrepreneurial thinking as well as good understanding of economic key figures and business relationships in facility management Affinity for digitalisation and innovation, combined with the ability to actively shape changes Strong and safe occurrence in dealing with customers, employees and partners German knowledge min. Level C1
