The area of labour and social law is part of the personnel department of Mercedes-Benz Group AG. We are responsible for the entire employment and social consultation of the Group's HR functions, support the Executive Board in all policy matters and are involved in all personal policy issues, including the negotiations in the relevant employee representations. These challenges include: As part of your activity, you support the lawyers in the field by drawing up expert opinions on various legal issues or by specific research on various problems There is the possibility to participate in negotiations before the labour courts, company-internal lectures etc. If you want to take advantage of the opportunity to gain first insights into the daily business of an international group, we look forward to your application The mandatory practice (choice or lawyer's station) can begin from February 2026 or after consultation.
