Administration and continuous development of our Citrix Enterprise platforms and services (Virtual apps, desktops and Netscaler) Rollout of applications in Citrix Maintenance and Optimization of Master Images Implementation of projects focusing on Citrix Performance Analysis, Optimization and Troubleshooting Measures Processing of 2nd and 3rd level requests, incidents and changes Coordination of external service providers

Completed vocational training or studies in IT or comparable technical training Multi-year professional experience Knowledge of Microsoft and Citrix environments understanding the interaction of enterprise datacenter technologies and -Architectures Experience with automation tools is advantageous Innovative and solution-oriented action Impressed quality awareness and a structured and targeted way of working
