Care and development of our CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics 365) Support for the implementation of customer insights journeys Testing and Validating Marketing Automations Care, structuring and quality assurance of lead data Preparation and development of lead scoring models Creation and maintenance of target group segments Support in the creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards as well as in the documentation of processes

Current studies in the field (economic) informatics, marketing or comparable Analytical thinking and interest in data-driven marketing Secure handling of Excel or Google Sheets Interest in processes, automation and systems Structured and careful operation First touch points with AI tools in the work context Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
