Mercedes-Benz Vans is the transporter part of Mercedes-Benz AG. In the Team Retail Professionalization, we develop and manage our international professionalization program “VanPro PREMIUM”, which helps our trading partners to optimally align themselves with the requirements of commercial customers. We work closely with our sales organisations in the markets and the international dealer network. Together we develop the VanPro program and accompany the planning, implementation and measurement of success. It offers an international working environment with varied tasks. From the start, you can actively collaborate and bring your own ideas. At the same time, you get valuable insights into international sales and transformation projects and gain practical experience for your further career path. These challenges include: Working in our retail professionalization program “VanPro PREMIUM” at the Program Development and on operational topics in the roll-out in Europe
