They control the economic development of the branch and implement ambitious growth strategies targetedly Your interdisciplinary team will guide you with motivation and support it actively in professional and personal development They establish long-term customer relationships, identify market potential and develop new business areas They use digitization as a drive and optimize processes, drive the digital transformation forward and thus increase efficiency and quality With your strategic vision, you position the branch as an innovative and reliable partner in the area of distribution networks

Graduate degree (Diplom / Bachelor / Master) in the field of engineering / economic engineering / business management / electrical engineering, alternatively completed commercial or technical training with further education to the specialist m/w/d Multiannual leadership experience in distribution networks / energy management / infrastructure projects with proven successes in growth and P&L management Affinity for digitalisation and innovation, combined with the ability to actively shape changes Entrepreneurial thinking, strategic vision and hands-on mentality with strong customer orientation Economic sense of responsibility, communication strength and resilience
