Build organization: You develop a global training organization with clear processes, standards and a sustainable structure Design strategy: You define the global training strategy and make sure that it is closely linked to core business requirements Control projects: You plan and guide international training projects, including budget responsibility and time planning Analyze needs: You identify technical requirements in different markets and develop customized solutions based on them Building networks: You work closely with internal departments, international locations and external partners Team Leader: You take over the leadership and further development of an international team, distributed in central and decentralised locations Promoting innovation: Developing solutions for high-speed phases and life-cycle processes and ensuring that the training organization meets global requirements

Technical foundation: You bring a technical university study or a comparable qualification with International experience: You have profound experience in international project management and strategy development within industry Former strength: You have demonstrable successes in building organizations and business areas as well as their international rollout Establish training centres: Ideally, you have already built training centers or comparable structures and know how to operate them efficiently. Management competence: You have experience in managing teams and can inspire and develop people Analytical competence: You can quickly capture complex relationships and translate them into clear structures Vision for training: You see training not as an isolated measure, but as a strategic project that advances the business Networker: You bring people and projects together and build sustainable relationships, internally and externally You speak German and English
