The Stiftung Nieder-Ramstädter Diakonie (NRD) has been supporting people for 125 years. Our modern houses are located in the middle of a new building area in the Ober-Ramstädter Hundertwasserallee. 16 people with disabilities have their home from quite independent apartment dwellers to people with higher support needs. Terraces and a garden are connected directly to the spacious living rooms. The city centre is a short walk away with shopping and the train station.

How does your day look like • With inner calm and structure, you can help people with different impairments over the entire course of the day and shape them together • As a reference manager*in you help exceptional people build a personal help network and create detailed participation plans • When using means of supported communication, you will find creative ways to approach our residents individually • You recognize the individual needs, interests and potentials of the residents and develop tailor-made care services • Basic care and care is also part of your tasks if necessary • They design the parent, family and supervisor contacts and work closely with internal and external specialist services, authorities and institutions

We wish you • A completed training/study as a curative teacher, curative nurse, educator, special pedagogue, social worker (m/w/d) or a comparable degree • Pleasure to work with people with disabilities and a structured way of working • As a strong team player you listen well and understand constructive feedback • They reflect themselves and want to develop professionally and personally
