We are looking for a Consultant Service Plan Software (Senso/Vivendi)(m/w/d) for our Personalservice Unit for our headquarters in Stuttgart in full time.

You are responsible for the independent planning and control of the subproject “Introduction Vivendi PEP in the EHS” within the carrier-wide project “IT system change”. In close coordination with the responsible overall project management, you are responsible for the content and timing of the subproject. You coordinate the necessary coordination in the subproject team and with the unit management. You accompany the change of a new software through transparent communication and thereby create trust and security. You clarify problems in cooperation with the manufacturer of the utility program. You work together with your project team to develop processes in the Vivendi PEP utility, introduce them and optimize them in the course of the project. In the first level support, you support the service plan managers in our facilities, residences, mobile services, day care by ticket system or phone.
