Qualification: completed studies in Business Administration (BWL), Law, Economics (VWL) or a comparable qualification, ideally professional experience in the energy industry Know-how: communication talent, ideally good English knowledge, routiniert in MS Office, a high understanding – for evaluating municipal and pan-European tenders, skills in team leadership, time and project management, as well as the necessary enforcement capability Working and personality: team spirit, initiative, fun in company-wide cooperation, creativity/flexibility in independent planning and implementation of far-reaching measures and prioritization of topics – to achieve competitive advantages – and skills to motivate your team Enthusiasm: Interest in energy topics and sustainability trends, drive, improve our competitive position in an ideal way

Payment: We offer you a competitive compensation through our Thüga tariff agreement, including Christmas money (13th monthly salary) and performance-related compensation (shared 14th monthly salary).
