Planning, recording and monitoring of plan numbers, leads and sales opportunities and maintenance of relevant data in FTIS Support for the organisation and coordination of trade fairs and congresses, including cost accounting, travel organisation and settlement of loan positions and demos in Germany and abroad Monitoring of backlogs, surgical repairs and lending and ensuring smooth handling Technical and professional telephone support for surgical requests in German and English Support for product, project management and business development surgical as well as optimization of existing and development of new processes

Basic commercial knowledge and strong organizational skills Good IT and software knowledge and safe handling of digital systems Very good English skills in word and writing Reliable, flexible and independent operation with high organisational capability Embossed communication skills, empathy and discretion in dealing with internal and external contacts
