Consultant as Project Manager Digital Platforms Energy & Municipalities * (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the (further) development of our local digital solutions – from the energy portal to the energy monitor to AI applications – and make sure that this creates stable, user-oriented solutions. You are a key partner of the SH network for these topics and actively introduces our perspective into group-wide development formats with other E.ON network operators. You represent your topics clearly and confidently, set priorities and drive decisions – even when different interests meet. Together with the Key Account Managers, you record customer needs structured, translate them into understandable user stories and give the development team professional orientation. You work closely with internal and external stakeholders and create clarity in complex situations without losing you in details. You keep the professional support for our applications safe and develop processes continuously so that users feel well accompanied. You will keep your eye on new technological developments, especially in the AI environment, and you will gain impulses on how to use them appropriately.

You have a completed university degree and experience in the management (agiler) digital or IT projects. This makes it easy for you to structure complex topics and to advance them consistently. You have no bareness in clear points of view, conduct discussions at eye level and stay calm and focused even in the event of a backwind. You combine vision with implementation strength and develop practical solutions for demanding questions. You are interested in AI and digital innovations and want to understand how new technologies can improve processes meaningfully and create sustainable added value. You work communicatively and networked, go actively to others and use collaboration across corporate boundaries to achieve better results together. .
