As a parent office for our HR team at the Bremen site in parttime (max. 30h/week).

Acquisition of tasks: Operational support of a defined group of employees (mainly professional employees) from entry to exit into self-responsibility and in compliance with the applicable labour and collective agreements and existing business agreements Precisely implement: independent processing of all operational HR tasks from entry to exit; the production of certificates, contracts of employment and change, dismissals and terminations and certificates after submission; management of personnel records, monitoring of document regressions; Internal payroll and time management interface; Compilation of statistics and evaluations take responsibility: participation in the preparation and follow-up of annual HR processes, such as rounds of charges, target agreement/reach, employee discussions; Cooperation in HR projects Living in cooperation: Close cooperation with the HR Business Partner, professional interface to the locations in the care sector, trusted cooperation with local works councils and other HR areas of the company

Education: Successfully completed commercial training, desirable: professional training, e.g. Experience: Multiannual professional experience required in a comparable position Know-how: Knowledge required in the field of labour, tariff and business constitutional law, experienced handling of MS-Office and SAP Operation: Self-employed, structured and reliable operation Personality: Pleasure to modern staff work and to shape and shape this positively, fun in continuous development and team work Languages: Very good German knowledge
