For your story, that means: You continuously develop our digital classifieds products, in particular our AI-based recruiting solution IDA, focusing on the needs of our B2B customers and B2C users. You analyze user behavior, data and feedback to identify optimization potentials and to derive concrete measures for our products. You are responsible for the care and further development of our Product Roadmap and prioritise requirements together with the relevant stakeholders. Internal and external partners control and accompany product ideas from the first idea to the successful implementation. You analyze the entire conversion tunnel of our digital products, identify usage barriers and develop measures to improve user experience, conversion and customer retention. With development, customer success, sales, marketing and other areas of expertise, you work closely together to ensure that everyone works together on a goal. You use modern technologies such as AI and low-code solutions to make processes more efficient and implement innovations faster. Market trends, competitors and new technologies are your test and you are actively introducing new ideas into product development. That's what you bring: You have a completed degree in the field of Business Administration, Economics or Humanities or a comparable qualification – cross-comers with relevant experience are welcome. You have already gained several years of experience in digital product and/or project management. You can safely move at the interface between business and technology and communicate complex relationships in a comprehensible way. You will prioritise requirements in a structured manner and keep an overview of different interests. You work independently, organized and solution-oriented and bring topics forward proactively. Agile working methods as well as digital business models are familiar to you or you want to deal with it intensively. You are strong in communication, open to new ideas and like to work with different people. You are happy to try out new tools and are interested in integrating modern technologies such as artificial intelligence into your working day.
