What awaits you:

• As a Customer Solution Architect (m/w/d) you are the expert in modern workplace solutions and understand the technology behind solutions from UCC, software as a service and artificial intelligence to the smallest detail and can provide customers with sound advice.
• You work closely with the sales team to design tailor-made solutions that perfectly meet the needs of our customers.
• You explain complex technical concepts in customer presentations in a comprehensible way and show how Vodafone can revolutionize its jobs.
• You take into account commercial aspects, carry out technical risk assessment and approval, thereby ensuring the technical feasibility and operability of the offered solution.
• You ensure a high standardization in the processing of customer projects and alerts.

What distinguishes you:

• A successfully completed (specialized) university study in the field of electrical engineering, communications technology, computer science, industrial engineering or a similar field.
• At least 4 years of professional experience.
• Knowledge of modern workplace solutions, especially SaaS (such as Microsoft 365 and Copilot).
• Creativity and strategic thinking.
• Very good presentation skills to explain complex technical concepts clearly and understandably.
• Practical experience with agile project methodology and design thinking.
• Team skills and willingness to share your knowledge in order to learn from each other.
• German and English skills in C1 level (GER).

This body can be exercised in fulltime or full-time part-time (min. 30 hours).
