Contact persons for executives, employees and the works council in all personnel and labour law issues Design and implementation of individual and collective law issues (e.g. business agreements and guidelines) Participation in individual topics such as occupational health management, BEM and return talks Acquisition of operational tasks in a generalistic environment (e.g. master data management, onboarding and offboarding, certification and contract creation) Participation in software implementation as part of the digitization of personnel work Optimization and documentation of processes in the personnel sector

Completed BWL study with a focus on staff or a commercial training with a corresponding additional qualification Multiannual professional experience in human resources, ideally in a medium-sized manufacturing company Knowledge of working law and good English knowledge of advantage Willingness to take responsibility as a team player in a homogeneous team Ability to implement tasks structured through a pronounced “hands-on mentality”, even in a dynamic environment
