IT Specialist / Technical Consultant – SAP Human Resources Systems (HCM) (m/f/d)

Our Information Technology division, with its more than 240 colleagues, operates one of the most modern clinical IT environments in Europe. We ensure that the necessary data and functions are available wherever You are needed for the safe supply of our patients. You can actively contribute to the consistent development and development of IT in the UKE: in the Administrative Systems – ERP department. We have the central services and subsidiaries as internal customers: in view and with the professionally responsible solutions based on SAP and the related systems in the fields of finance, logistics, maintenance, reporting and human resources. In addition to the SAP ERP and other business processes, we also supervise the UKE HR processes, currently based on SAP HCM. The “Personal Systems” team seeks support for the operation and further development of this system landscape to modern, web-based applications and new SAP HR technologies. Your tasks will include: Operation, support and further development of existing personnel applications focusing on SAP HCM and SAP Fiori Conception and strategic development of our HR system landscape in the context of the IT strategy – in particular in the context of S/4HANA (H4S4), SuccessFactors and the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Takeover of project responsibility for small to large projects incl. Planning, control and coordination of internal and external resources Requirements management in close coordination with the specialist departments – from reception to implementation Advising the areas of expertise and active support for the users: Error analysis and troubleshooting as well as continuous optimization and further development of existing applications, add-ons and our Fiori landscape Integration and interface management to adjacent systems (e.g. SAP ERP, BW/BW4HANA, SP-Expert Service Planning) Control and coordination of service providers and partners, including participation in tenders Conception and implementation of training and workshops for IT and departments Permission management and participation in the creation and maintenance of roles and general guidelines Planning and coordination of system updates, upgrades and patches Creation and adaptation of reports as well as ensuring stable system operation by monitoring and continuous optimization of applications and system landscape

Completed scientific university studies in relevant IT disciplines or a comparable field of study or equivalent skills and experience, such as a university degree in relevant IT disciplines or a comparable field of study with at least 4 years of relevant professional experience Multiannual experience in IT-side support of SAP HR systems with appropriate IT expertise Funded and practical customizing skills and experience with SAP Fiori Basic understanding of IT architectures and IT system integration, e.g. through experience with interface technologies Good knowledge of personal economic processes along the end-to-end process “Hire-to-Retire” Basic knowledge of IT security and data protection requirements, especially in the handling of sensitive personal data Experience in IT project management and first successes in the independent management of projects Very good German knowledge on at least C1 level of the European reference framework Further technical knowledge in the SAP environment, for example in development/programming or Fiori configuration, would be desirable. Ideally, you have gained first practical experience with S/4HANA, H4S4, SuccessFactors or the BTP and contributed to transformation projects Pleasure to penetrate and resolve complex technological and organizational relationships Embossed customer and service orientation as well as very good communication skills High readiness and motivation to work into new technologies – especially in the context of cloud and SAP future technologies Team spirit, sense of responsibility and a structured, targeted way of working The grouping takes place according to the personal qualification of:the candidate:in.

Fair and transparent remuneration according to our contract TVöD/VKA (€63,600 - € 91,100) taking into account qualifications and professional experience.
