Your tasks • Your profile • What we offer
As an IT project manager*in for origin & preferences, you accompany our customers from the first idea to the successful go-live of our Origin & Preferences solution. You analyze processes, guide workshops, develop suitable solutions together with the customer and coordinate the implementation. In doing so, you combine expertise from the field with project management, process consulting and SAP integration. Together we ensure that proof management, supplier declarations and preferential calculations are made more efficient, more transparent and legally secure. For you this means: You take over the management and control of implementation projects in the field of commodity origin & preferences – for SAP and non-SAP solutions and with a view to time, budget, quality and customer benefits. Together with our customers, you analyze existing processes and develop precise target processes. Workshops for process recording, request analysis and software introduction are planned and moderate yourself. You will accompany our customers in tests, trainings, project appointments and to the successful go-live. You hold project results in a structured manner – for example in status reports, project logs, meeting minutes or implementation concepts.
SAP is not a new country for you and ideally brings you experience in foreign trade – especially in the fields of import, export and commodity origin & preferences. You will find legal requirements and international free trade agreements exciting or have already worked well in this environment. You have already accompanied or controlled projects and move safely into classic and/or agile project models. Complex questions awaken your curiosity and you have fun understanding relationships and developing solutions. New technologies will inspire you – especially the possibilities of AI – and you will address new topics openly and pragmatically. Communication is easy for you, you appear confident and like to work with different people. Taking responsibility is fun and you want to further develop and actively move.
A good working environment is very important to us. You can (and shall) take the freedom to make your work as it corresponds to you and your strengths. Specifically, this means that you get support in your professional and personal development. Benefits like: Flexible working hours Jobticket grant: 80% takeover of Germany ticket Area for further education Offers for physical and mental health (EGYM Wellpass, Instahelp, etc.)
With us counts what you can achieve with us and how you develop. For this we live in AEB a professional coexistence that is to meet the diversity and the different demands of all people. This also means that discrimination has no place for us, for example because of age, disability, gender, sexual orientation, ethnic origin or religion. Our values and principles that shape us can be found in our Common Ground (common-ground-einzel-de-1.indd). .
