Strategic development: identification of relevant market trends, needs and innovation potentials for sales management. Development of new consulting and service offerings and support for implementation until successful introduction in cooperation with the other sales units Efficiency potentials: Analysis of existing internal processes and processes, identification and realization of efficiency and automation potentials using modern methods and technologies (e.g. Artificial Intelligence, Data Analysis, Digital Process Design) as well as design of pragmatic solutions for increasing efficiency in sales AI-Enablement & Cultural Change: Conception and placement of internal training programs and interactive formats to qualify, take and inspire employees in the business area in the safe and productive handling of AI tools Strategic Sparring Partner of the Head of Division: Active participation in the field strategy and cross-departmental change projects and organisational development; independent acquisition of special tasks, development of decision-making templates and analyses Moderation & Workshops: Control of cross-departmental voting processes and design and moderation of strategy, innovation and transformation workshops with executives and experts Strategic coordination of junior staff: first contact point for the training managers in relation to the dual students and trainees in the business area, coordination of the training centres in the department, planning and implementation of internal GB training events, as well as participation in assessment centres for the selection of dual students and trainees for the entire FI

Found basis & relevant experience: successfully completed studies (e.g. economics, informatics, data science) as well as at least eight years of professional experience, ideally in banking, consulting or in an IT service provider Professional leadership competence: with a view to complex issues with cross-border coordination of teams and resources Sales & Digitization Competence: In-depth knowledge about modern sales management, marketing structures and CRM systems, combined with a well-founded understanding of current digital trends and concrete AI scenarios Excellent design and consulting skills: The ability to structure complex or unclear questions quickly, to prepare strategically analytically and to pour them into pragmatic concepts for practice in close coordination with executives Entrepreneurial Thinking & Transformation Power: An extremely independent, solution-oriented way of working with a high self-initiative and enforcement capability as well as experience in monitoring change processes Network Competence: Strong Moderation and Relationship within Complex Organizations
