Independent planning, control and implementation of quality projects within production Support and further development of quality-relevant topics and the design of strategic measures Initiation, coordination and follow-up of measures for continuous quality improvement Analysis and optimization of manufacturing and quality processes Implementation and moderation of causes analyses and derivation of appropriate improvement measures Construction, maintenance and further development of manufacturing-related key figures systems and evaluations Determination, Analysis and Interpretation of Quality and Manufacturing Data Creation of regular reports, key figures and decision templates Preparation and preparation of presentations for management and regulation meetings Coordination and coordination of quality-relevant topics with internal and external interfaces and disciplines

Successfully completed technical studies, e.g. in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, production technology, quality management or a comparable discipline First professional experience in quality management, ideally in a production or production environment Knowledge of common quality methods and problem solving techniques, e.g. 8D, FMEA or Ishikawa First experience in project management and cross-departmental management of topics Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Ideally first experience with ERP, CAQ or BI systems Analytical, structured and independent working methods as well as pronounced communication and team skills
