Customer and Contract Manager Car Insurance (m/f/d)

1. Customer consulting and support expert advice from private and commercial customers to automotive insurance products (compulsory, partial/full-cass, fleet solutions, e-vehicles, motorcycles etc.). Support in the selection of tariffs, scope of services and individual additional modules. Implementation of contract changes, e.g. driver's circle, kilometer adjustments, seasonal characteristics.
2. Offer creation and tariff comparison Creation of tailor-made insurance offers for new and existing customers. Comparison and evaluation of various insurers and fares via comparison software. Transparent preparation of the results and recommendation of suitable products.
3. Damage management in the car sector Recording and reporting of motor vehicle damages (fall, theft, glass, wild damage). Communication with insurers, workshops and experts. Monitoring the entire damage process including status monitoring and customer information. Support in the enforcement of claims and clarification of cover issues. Contract management Examination of policies, supplements and invoice documents. Monitoring of contract periods, notice periods and special notice rights. Maintenance of customer data in the management system.
4. Cooperation with partners Exchange with car houses, workshops and leasing companies. Support for existing cooperation and support in the development of new partnerships. Administrative tasks Creation of certificates (e.g. eVB numbers, insurance confirmations). Preparation of customer appointments and digital consulting sessions. Documentation of all processes according to internal standards and regulatory requirements (e.g. IDD documentation).
5. Quality and Process Optimization Participation in the further development of internal processes in the automotive sector. Bringing expertise to increase customer satisfaction and efficiency. Monitoring current market developments and innovations in the motor insurance segment.

A completed training as a merchant for insurance and finance, as an insurance specialist for insurance or a comparable qualification Professional experience, preferably in composites in a real estate, an agency or an insurance company You bring commitment, team spirit and responsibility You are eager and think that you never learn You work conscientiously and thoroughly and live your role as a customer service provider
