You define and prioritize the product requirements based on customer feedback, market analyses and corporate goals. You create and care for the Product Backlogs and make sure that it is clearly defined, understandable and visible to the entire project team. You work closely with the development team to ensure that the product vision is implemented correctly. The planning and implementation of sprints and review meetings is your responsibility. You ensure that all project participants are informed about the progress and milestones and work closely with sales and marketing. You promote an agile work culture and methodology in the team.

You have completed university studies (preferably in a technical course, e.g. computer science, business informatics, software engineering or technology management) You already have several years of professional experience as Product Owner, ideally in agile software development and know you in collaboration with Nearshore teams You have a deep understanding of agile working methods and use them to continuously optimize processes and establish efficient and effective workflows You have the talent to motivate and inspire team members and promote a culture of openness and commitment You have the ability to quickly engage in new topics and to communicate them to the team and external partners in a comprehensible manner You communicate in German and English
